BRIEF
A call or a few messages, then a short brief. We agree on the idea, scope, timeline and usage before starting.

STORYBOARD
I turn the idea into visual scenes. We refine and approve the direction before animation.
3 rounds of revisions included. - 03
ANIMATION
I bring the approved scenes to life with motion and sound design. We refine movement, backgrounds and small details.

FINAL
You approve the finished work. I deliver the agreed formats via a download link, ready for the agreed use.
PAYMENT & TIMING
50% upfront, 50% after approval. Late materials or feedback move the delivery date. Any extra specialists are agreed with you in advance.
CHANGES & EXTRAS
Send one consolidated list per revision round. Extra rounds or changes to the approved core idea are quoted separately.
LICENCE & COPYRIGHT
I retain copyright. Your licence sets where, how and for how long you can use the work. Wider use needs a separate agreement. I may show the work in my portfolio.
NO AI REWORKING
My images and animations may not be altered or remixed using AI, or used to train, fine-tune or evaluate AI models.
The project agreement confirms the scope, fees and licence terms.

A little about me.
I'm Vera Volodina, an independent motion designer, collage artist and visual storyteller.
My background in literature and photography shapes the way I work. I'm drawn to unexpected connections, visual metaphors and the challenge of turning complex ideas into something simple, striking and memorable.
